Winter arrived just in time for the Winterfest in Coralville this year. Until last week it didn’t look like we were going to get a winter in Iowa this year. Fortunately for all of us the weather gods smiled down on us and it is suitably cold with a fair amount of snow for this Sunday’s annual celebration of winter at the Iowa River Landing. 
Coralville Winterfest celebrates it’s fifth year this year with lots of fun activities scheduled both indoors and outside. This is a Free Family Friendly event and at a time of the year when the kids are starting to get a bit restless it’s a great way to spend a Sunday Afternoon.
